This location is brand new and so nice! The instructor was very friendly. While they usually don’t demo the exercises, Melinda did because there were only 2 of us. She also corrected posture so I felt like I really knew what I was doing- which is not always the case when I have to rely on verbal cu only

Hands down the best yoga class I've ever taken. I got nice and sweaty. There were some very advanced poses thrown into the class, but the instructor made thr class feel very comfortable with modifications and a safe space to play/try the poses. I was inspired to push myself, and when I failed felt great just taking a child's pose. Take this livestream. You won't regret it!

This was the best P.volve class I’ve taken. Lex was incredibly clear and the mix of moves was challenging and I liked that a lot of different equipment was used. This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.

Was happy to be back after a long break! I took many boxing classes in various studios and I must say it’s rare that the instructors are as attentive to technique and form as at Trifecta. Good selection of equipment, mixture of barbell stuff and functional stuff. 3 squat racks, dedicated deadlift platform, trap bars, landmine bars.
