Super effective and efficient workout! Easy to follow. Instructors were warm and encouraging, not too perky. No cult vibes. I’ll be back!

Kayla brought the energy and motivation for Sunday morning. Great music, clear instructions for floor and treadmill and great demos too. Wish I lived back in nyc to take her class each week.

I like the way that the instructor lets you know where you are in trajectory of the class and gives nice markers so know how much to push yourself and stay motivated. It’s hard and I love it!!

Beautiful studio. You have to dial code 300 to buzz in downstairs. Class is on a megaformer, and is similar to SLT/solidcore. I take SLT a lot and I felt like some of the movements in the opening core series were a bit more rushed but once we got into legs it was pretty comparable to SLT. Really burned out my quads and glutes. Nice hands on adjustments from the instructor, it was a small class and she demoed a lot of the moves which was great. Would definitely return to this studio.

HIIT The Deck Boxing Training Camp

Definitely not a beginners class. Fast paced, but the instructor does lower his pace if you are new. It was intense and definitely got a full work out in , if that’s what you’re looking for - Boxing mixed with exercises in between.

Lillian was so fun and wholesome! Think it would help if individuals had some prior yoga knowledge going into the class but can also just follow along by looking around you and getting help from the instructor. Crunch does provide free yoga mats so don’t need to bring your own :)
