What a fantastic class! I’ve been to 10 ish F45 classes at several locations and loved them all. This gym is the biggest so it’s nice and spread out. Several restrooms and a shower. The coach was great and actually did some stretching at the end which was fabulous! Will def be back. And the class kicked my butt in a good way.
