    Lindsay looks like a sweet lady, but her workouts are MEAN. Girlfriend does not mess around. Be prepared to go fast and hard. Endurance. ??Endurance. ??Endurance.?? Her music is great, no matter what level you’re at, but I would say that it’s difficult to keep up with her RPMs and choreography especially if you’re new to rhythm based spin. But if you’re an intermediate or advanced, her class may be perfect for you! CycleBarNOLA is great! Clean facility, warm staff, great sweat. Worth checking out!!

Don’t be intimidated if it’s your first time — the environment is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and Emile always gives modifications if you need them.
