The instructor Mike is amazing, he has a lot of knowledge and training in martial arts; he’s very patient and genuinely wants you to improve. The class is fun and very challenging, with a difficult and long warmup session. Would do it again!

Not a beginner class at all but the instructors were mindful that I was a newbie. Warm up was really intense- I only recommend this if you’re in shape. The people at this studio are SOOOO SO NICE! I really enjoyed this!

I highly recommend going with a friend who is similar of similar build.. I didn't realize you'd have to buddy up. The instructor was super helpful and asked one of the regular members to partner with me so it made me feel a lot more welcome! Gave helpful tips and instructed me every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Bruce is a great instructor. He explained each move and showed us what and how to do the different drills. Class was wonderful. It is truly a great workout, as it teaches you how to fight, defend and protect yourself. The people in the class as well as the regulars at the gym were really welcoming and helpful. The gym is exactly what you would expect for a Muay Thai gym. It’s beautiful and clean. Change rooms, bathrooms and lockers available. The reason why I rated this place with 4-stars instead of 5-stars is because of their reception area, there was no one to assist you. I got there at 5:30pm, and not once did someone come to check the front. I had to ask someone waiting there if they knew anyone that worked at the gym. When I did meet someone at the gym, they were very friendly and helpful. If you are interested in Muay Thai, and you’re afraid to go to your first class... this is the most welcoming place to go and discover your inner strength. Would recommend.
