    PILATES - GET HOT

I love this instructor's teaching style. She took us through a challenging workout with lots of different dimensions. There was some cardio with dance-like moves and some jumping, but it wasn't overwhelmingly intense. Then we did upper body, lower body, abs and lots of stretching. Definitely an hour well spent!

Great new class at Elle. Circuit style, strength-based workouts using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, and landlines. No cardio outside of the warmup. Tough class, well organized. Challenging but fun class. Jade was great and kept pushing us when we were coming to the end of the circuits and losing steam - helped me get the most of the workout! Only issue is that because it was such a full class, weights ran out so you had to go up or down vs what you wanted due to availability

My only little feedback was I felt she hopped off her bike a little too much, and I usually find Adam (who she subbed for) goes through the workout with us to the very end and I like that more. But not worth deducting a star because I would definitely go back to a class with Justine in the future!

First time in the new upstairs space - it is clean and spacious, and will be so nice once the leaves are out on the trees! Stephanies class was challenging and well paced. There are lots of options offered, but would recommend some familiarity with yoga as the instructor moves around the class rather than demonstrating at the front (which is great; lots of adjustments and attention to form) - it just means it is easier to follow if you know the names of the poses. This studio is my favourite in the east end - always a great experience from start to finish.

Candice is an amazing instructor! Gentle guidance and calm, I havent been to a yoga class in well over three years but Im going to make it a habit to go to Candices classes! The class was breath focused with moments of intensity.

If you havent tried Elevate, then you should! This class is challenging and SWEATY, but not intimidating or over complicated. You spend about half the class punching boxing bags with different moves and the other half of the class with weights and calisthenics. Garfield plays amazing music, has incredible energy and super encouraging. The hour flies by!
