Juliette is a great instructor and I liked the variety of exercises. Regular instructor didnt show up but Mike came pretty fast to replace him. Intense class, combos of 6-7 moves which can get pretty confusing if youre a newbie. Cold, lemon-scented towels are a nice touch but lots of plastic wrappers being used. And while free cold water bottles are a great touch, that again, is a ton more plastic waste. Lose the bottled water and encourage people to use water bottles as they have a filtered water station. Great work out and good swear. Youll be sore after!

Hoooooly crap. Anastasia kicked my butt! Shes a pro fighter so the class was structured in a way that I assume shed normally train. 20-25 minute INTENSE warmup with core work, lots of skipping, and other drills. This was followed by shadow boxing and technique, then some work on the pads. She really challenged me and was no nonsense - dont go unless you want to be pushed to your limits. I will be back! Keep up the amazing work Anastasia.

Great class! Fred was nice, judgement free and demonstrated all the excercises. He played awesome French rap Studio is real nice for a boxing gym. Nice design and vibe. No one asks you if it’s your first class or shows you around so I definitely felt super awkward initially and it’s hard to hear - but if you just go introduce yourself the instructor was very kind and welcoming.

Hannah's class is great. She really makes you work but is positive and helpful if you need to modify. The studio could do a better job of cleaning the machines though. Things have been looking pretty dusty lately.

This class was more fast paced and challenging than I expected -It was a bit more bootcamp-y than the description would suggest (I was expecting mat pilates), but we did use light weights and resistance bands as noted in the description, and Rachel was super motivating and great at providing modifications/correcting form as needed! If you only have 50 minutes and you want a full body workout and to build up a sweat- this is it

Paige was amazing and super patient. The class was hard for the first time but doable with Paige guiding you through it all. Really liked the studio! I need to try to class next with the sticky socks though! The staff is amazing and very friendly.
