    Classes/Regular Spinning

I like Zoe's music (millennial throwback pop and pop rock songs). She handled the class well despite some technical difficulties (which was my first time experiencing after going to Spokehaüs so many times). All the instructors, including Zoe are very good at setting the class up for success by making sure everyone is settled into their bikes and explaining the moves before they officially start the class. Very beginner friendly.

First time going to Meghan’s class and she was great but there was a really lively group yelling throughout the class that was a bit distracting. One guy in the front row just kept whooing extremely loudly the entire class and it was hard to get into the music and zone with that happening. Not Meghan’s fault though!

Instructor was great. The shoes I got were really tired and worn out. Velcro didn’t stick on enough so while riding my foot felt loose. One of the front desk ladies did not have the most friendliest demeanour but could only assume it was because the place seemed like pure chaos with people coming and going.

    Reform + Transform Level 2

I loved the workout style of this instructor. It was the most difficult reformer class I’ve done thus far, but I love how sore I am after. I went at my own pace and switched as I needed to for myself, but I liked how Emily was very attentive to the attendees, ensuring we were doing it correctly and was very friendly and welcoming.

Harris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

Quinn is AMAZING! If you want a class that lifts you up, pushes you, but also lets you do your thing as needed, this is the class for you. Good for beginners interested in spin or for those who are seasoned in it. She definitely has a way of making you feel of value in the class. Her setlist/music choices were great. No complaints and will return!

I felt so tired in the most FANTASTIC way possible after this class. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a challenge. Also I will say some of the lightest weights in the original circuit set up were still too heavy for me so I went to the weights rack and got lighter ones and it felt 100% fine to do that. I also needed to take many breaks in between, but despite all that, it was genuinely an awesome class.

Really great class, for all levels. The energy was up and pumping, the songs/music was to the beat of our movements. The instructor, Johnny, was very friendly and motivated the class.
