    Afternoon Open level Aerial Hammock

Had an amazing class with Tracy! It was my first time trying aerial yoga/hammock. The class was perfect for beginners. She was extremely patient and really took the time to provide guidance and support. Not only was it a great exercise but Tracy was so funny and made the class extremely welcoming and enjoyable. I highly recommend and will definitely be going back again!

DANCE FIT - By Chantal Drolet

This class was entertaining/cute. Go in with an open mind & don’t expect it to be like the underground dance studio 👀 my mom would love this class. Lots of shimmying, jazz steps, everyone was really kind. I found myself smiling the whole time.

Intro to Polesilks/Level 1 Pole Silks

Our teacher Patricia came around to give hands on support to those of us doing inversions for the first time, which was awesome. We were able to do lots that left us feeling proud with this support. More experienced ppl in the slightly mixed level class encouraged and gave us pointers too. We had a lot of fun. Definitely felt it in core and arms next day!
