    Teacher was friendly and encouraging, the equipment was all great quality and well cared for and the music playlist was excellent. It was a difficult class, but the teacher gave alternative routines throughout to make sure everyone was catered for. I am definitely going back! :)

    It was very challenging but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Declan is supportive and kind. Everyone in the class was fun and friendly. I think you should only take this class if you already work out everyday and is used to HIIT.
