Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!

see all reviewsGreat class for beginners. Belinda went through the poses step-by-step and also went around correcting our postures and alignment even when class was full. However, the glass window and door is not soundproof so I could hear noise from outside such as chattering, laughter, footsteps etc. It occasionally disrupts our focus and peace that's required in yoga.

see all reviewsWonderful sesh to return to for in-studio class since CB! (Yessss literally kiasi... ) Jeslyn's infectious energy made for a blast - even for an evening class at an uncommon time slot! (That said, this slot works because it plugs a overlooked gap in the workout landacape.) It was a lucky break that the playlist for the 10/10/2020 session comprised older songs (ie. more familiar) that made easing back into a live class easier, but even without it, the instructor's clear demo and cues would have sorted any bumbling feet anyway. Fun boppy workout that really worked up a sweat and a racing heart before the de rigeur weekend feasting!

He interacts with each student and makes sure we get the alignment and posture right to reduce injury. He also taught us the correct breathing techniques and where to engage. I was surprised that he knew I was bow-legged when I haven't mentioned it. It shows that he pays attention to details too. Would recommend this class.

She was gentle when helping us push into deeper stretches, which I appreciated bc I really wanted a deep stretch but my muscles are quite tight. Good for ppl who have no yoga experience I feel! Take note that it will challenge a bit of your arm strength (as yoga do, due to all the positions), but ita manageable. Overall a very gentle workout session :)
