Not a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!

Cat was very welcoming and remembered my name even when I was a first timer, taking time to check in with me before and after the class. The class is really relaxing and soothing, the sound waves felt cleansing to me. Great class, will be back again!

Dr Kuldeep is patient and kind, giving lots of good verbal feedback as well as physical adjustments for our asanas. He is also quite funny as well haha. Vibes of class is quite chill and welcoming, even though different people in class were at differing levels of their practice (e.g. regulars were more advanced). This class is perfect for anyone who loves Astanga style yoga and beginners shouldnt be scared to try this class !! ????????

    Yin Yoga

This Yin class focused on a few movements and the instructor took quite some time for each position and some positions can be quite challenging. She let us adjust our body between each position and I understood that this was quite important for this type of yoga. After the class although I didn’t sweat, I felt just so relaxed and I appreciated the class very well. Hope to get the same instructor again.
