    Aerial Yoga

Jayne is a lovely instructor - firm, somewhat no-nonsense style yet gentle and generous with guiding the students into the correct postures. Her demonstrations of some slightly more complex poses (from a beginner's perspective) were clear, and she took pains to go step by step for the benefit of the newbies. It could be that the class was really small that day (only 4 attendees), but Jayne allocated personal attention to each one of us to ensure we were in the correct postures. Wonderful stretch on its own, elevated further with the inversion poses!

The instructor gives clear instructions and she has a very calming vibe. Her poses are slightly challenging but manageable. The lighting of the studio is relaxing but the air con is a bit too cold. Overall an enjoyable experience!

So relaxing, and I felt so cared for - Jo’s voice was very soothing, and she would come around to each participant during every change in pose to help put pillows/ blankets to make the position more comfortable. thank you!

    Hot Hatha Yoga

Iwan started the class a couple minutes late but made up for it by extending the end of it. :) Thought some of the transitions were a bit awkward at the first part of the class but it got much more flowy at the end. A good number of challenging poses and some new stretching ones I’d never done before. Was fun working up to the king pigeon! The class is def not the most beginner-friendly but something more seasoned yogis will enjoy. :) Room was hot but not stuffy (everyone was dripping ten minutes in) but think they can afford to spread the mats out a bit more as the back row seemed a cramped with four mats that were almost touching.

What I enjoy most about a Monday evening yoga basics class is not just an excellent stretch of my lethargic muscles but also the perfect time to recenter, refocus and rebalance my mind and body after a long day’s work post weekend.

Not a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!

Dr Kuldeep is patient and kind, giving lots of good verbal feedback as well as physical adjustments for our asanas. He is also quite funny as well haha. Vibes of class is quite chill and welcoming, even though different people in class were at differing levels of their practice (e.g. regulars were more advanced). This class is perfect for anyone who loves Astanga style yoga and beginners shouldnt be scared to try this class !!

    Barre Burn

Melissa was very warm and friendly from the start. She got to know our background in barre/ballet and asked us if there’s any sort of injury she has to be aware of and what we wanted to improve on over in her class. Even though it was my first time, it was still a manageable class that really made me feel the burn from the exercises and she takes the time to check our form throughout. Thanks for the great workout Melissa!
