    Intro to Bouldering

Class size was a small group of 6, and even though Im an absolute beginner with no experience on the wall, CY was very encouraging and only made us do what we were comfortable in, encouraging but not pushing. The small class size was great in ensuring that sufficient attention was given to everyone. Would strongly recommend to even absolute beginners who want to try out bouldering! Even someone who cant do a pull up can do it, definitely give it a go! Recommended to wear tights as I had some abrasion on my wrist and scuffings on my tights.

Robert was rly friendly and gave good instructions (gave clear gradation for each station). Small feedback wld be to make this part a bit more fast moving so we spend less time on instructions. Boxing

This class is not like the other cardio boxing classes on class pass, there is a greater emphasis on technique. The instructor, Jake was very patient in teaching a complete beginner like me the correct boxing punches and footwork.

Very amazed that yunquan can maintain her enthusiasm and energy even after almost back to back classes from early morning! Attended her tactical pen seminar in the morning and this class in the afternoon, yet she was more energetic than us!

    Beginner Muay Thai

Good class to run through the basics of Muay Thai. The instructor was clear on the basic purposes and techniques of it and the session was smooth and adequate. I would recommend to take further classes to really have a better grasp on Muay Thai.

Class by Janice was amazing, who was very attentive and could tell that my back was crooked with just a glance. The moves were simple, yet it engaged my muscles so well. I left the studio feeling very light, and relaxed.

Learnt a lot in this class!! Actual workout was about 10 mins and the rest of the time was spent on teaching us the correct form of doing the various exercises which was very helpful and important. You may find that you have been doing squats wrongly! Leonard is also very encouraging and makes sure to correct you. Class is beginner friendly! Arrive earlier to fill in a registration form.
