It’s definitely pretty intense so if you’re a beginner, I would suggest doing some cardio workout for a few weeks before heading to this just to get used to doing a 45 minute to an hour long almost non-stop workout. Don’t let this turn you away though. When you exercise you want to feel like you exercise and you’re gonna get that here. Karam is a boss and will get you on track to feeling and looking good. Plus you’ll be able to throw a mean combo too.
