There’s flexibility to adjust to any fitness level so it’s always a challenge, but most importantly Matt and all of the instructors actually walk around and correct you which is SO RARE in a group fitness class. I’m still working out here at 36 weeks pregnant because of the modifications that they provide for me!

Looking forward to taking more classes with them as their HIIT/Strength classes and coaches are much better than other places I’ve taken.
