Another amazing Elaine class 🥲. Her energy, music, and creative choreography create an unparalleled experience. It was intense, motivational, and so much fun. I left feeling fulfilled and already looking forward to the next one. Cannot recommend Elaine’s class enough!!!

Candlelit Yin & Restorative Immersive Class

Visuals were so mesmerizing and helped me get lost in my meditative state. Since it was Yin yoga, bring layers/dress warmly if it’s a cold day. Loved the lounge with hot tea and snacks, great for catching up with friends after class.

WOW awesome class!! Was pushed to my max for sure. Ry was on top of correcting our form and making us laugh and keep going when she saw us getting so tired and wanting to give up. Loved her playlist and I love the studio. Can easily hear her and see her and the sound system is great!!!

    Saturday Vinyasa Yoga

First of all, the place is very cool! you can see some of the stained glass at the top. The instructor was very nice, and I enjoyed the class and the flow. My only feedback, and could be just me, is to lower the volume of the music a liiittle, to balance the mic and music, English is not my first language and sometimes I couldn't understand the instructions. it happened a few times only. Great class, great place, hoping to go back soon :)

Enough repetition so that I could follow, detailed instruction so that there was always something to work on. A focus on the type of attitude to project that made sense with the physical aspect of the dance.
