BUNS & GUNS Sculpt Full Body
see all reviewsI loved the instructor's teaching style; really good ques on proper form, plus body and spring variations to make each movement easier or more difficult. She also demonstrated throughout the workout and in different locations in the room so everyone could see.

see all reviewsI love core40 but I've had better instructors at other locations. The workout was fine but there were a lot of transitions where Chris called out the next move but didn't explain it until he realized everyone was lost and waiting for instruction. It just made the workout feel a little disjointed

see all reviewsLoved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

see all reviewsAnkit was great! I enjoyed being a part of his first class at Uforia and loved his chill but energetic vibes (not screamy, aggressive or boring, dead) and especially loved his dance moves on the floor! He was silly and encouraging and really fun to be part of his class! I’d take his class again!

see all reviewsTook my 1st class here and it was a fun class! As others commented, you can sense there’s camaraderie b/w coaches and members and all were welcoming. I’m currently with another studio doing HIIT workouts but I came here solely for Team Conditioning to get a good mix of rowing and ski erg along with HIIT workouts. My takeaway is for those that are new to HIIT workouts, it may be better to join the Wed Conditioning class since the Sat one is literally a “team”workout where you’re divided into a team and compete. And all present were competitive!

see all reviewsBrian’s style of teaching has gotten more dynamic - more encouraging and offering modifications; although I do wish he went around to give hands on corrections. Overall, class was absolute murder. It hurts to laugh, and I was hobbling home after. I would totally return.

see all reviewsTony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

see all reviewsSo grateful to start my mornings here!! These workouts are exactly what I need! Some days I have more energy and want to beast it out and I get that challenge, some days I’m tired and I still leave feeling accomplished, and every time I know that Matt is looking out for my safety, coaching me proper form, so I’m only getting stronger and not risking injury. Love this place!! Super grateful!! ❤️

see all reviewsTheyve changed the class. It used to be run by Aleks, but now theyve combined it with the normal CrossFit class and pushed it 30 mins earlier. Attendance has dwindled. I miss Aleks but thankfully the gym owner who runs the combined class is still great. Ive only done one of the new format classes so far, so dont take my opinion as gospel yet, but so far, its still a rockin class! Bootcamp-style weightlifting class with lots of cardio.
