    As an out-of-towner attending Barre3 for the first time, I have to say I LOVED IT. The instructor was so positive and encouraging and really tuned into the class (and also had an incredible playlist). The workout was a great combo of strength and cardio and left me feeling awesome.     Stephanie is an excellent teacher. She’s calm and encouraging, and offers verbal cues that help you get the most from each exercise. Nashville has lots of good Pilates studios but Simply Balanced just might have the strongest teacher lineup—and they definitely have the best advanced or intermediate classes around.
