    Cant say enough great things about this studio and their instructors! Give it a try if you never have, or if youve done it for a long time! My best advice is to make sure youre focusing on your breathing during class and tuning into your bodys needs. Dont be scared when the shakes come!

    First time there, and it was so fun! I received a water bottle for being a first timer, and at the end of class was given a cold hand towel doused with eucalyptus oil. The little touches were just a part of what makes this studio top notch. Cant wait for class 2! (also, the music is awesome!)

    Really fun class! I do Cyclebar pretty regularly and tried TYLT to mix things up. If you cycle, getting a hang on the bike is actually pretty easy. That’s not to say the class is easy though - I am super sore today and I had to ease off a few of the instructions! Sarah was an excellent, motivating instructor and she and the front desk lady were incredibly welcoming and warm. I loved that shoes were free to use my first time as well.
