Another amazing Elaine class 🥲. Her energy, music, and creative choreography create an unparalleled experience. It was intense, motivational, and so much fun. I left feeling fulfilled and already looking forward to the next one. Cannot recommend Elaine’s class enough!!!

Amber was awesome! It was my first class at Lux Fit, and first time lifting since a back injury. When I walked up Amber asked my name, asked if I had any concerns I may need modifications for and was incredibly welcoming. She checked in with me, and others, throughout class and made sure we were all feeling good during each exercise. It was great to be out in the fresh air and get strong with a good group!

Candlelit Yin & Restorative Immersive Class

Visuals were so mesmerizing and helped me get lost in my meditative state. Since it was Yin yoga, bring layers/dress warmly if it’s a cold day. Loved the lounge with hot tea and snacks, great for catching up with friends after class.

Catie conducted a great mellow class. I was looking for something like this today and it was perfect. The space is quiet and I really love the foam floor.
