Even though the class was so huge, he’s such an amazing instructor that he took the time to go through every single exercise and check on me. I’m telling you everybody here is so nice I’ve never been to a gym like this. People were helping me as well, and I never fell off track.

    Spin 45

Harris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

    Modo Yoga - 60 min

Every time I go to this studio it does feel a little cramped as so many people are fit into the room, but it is clearly this way because so many people love these classes. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.

    Introduction to Pilates

My instructor is amazing! She made us feel very welcomed. The class was within our pace and it wasn’t rushed nor taken too long. I’ve learnt so much from this introduction class. I also love that the place is cozy, very clean, and just enough for a small class of four.
