    Bring A Buddy Reshape

    Matt was kind to help correct positions and had an incredibly fun and intense workout. My machine wasn’t working for a minute but he was super adaptable to making it an incredible workout. I also bought a friend for the first time who loved it. It was my third Rebel reshape and every minute was worth every second! Thank you to Martha who was super helpful too!

    REBOUNDING

    Always love the rebounding classes but this was my favourite for a while! It was the usual insane, fun work out but I find other classes can have too complicated routines for anyone to pick up, considering most people will be new to that routine. This was perfect! Thanks, Pearl
