    Rhythm

I booked this last minute and was the only one in the class! I think because it was a Friday pre-work in covent garden and offices are still getting back to 'normal'. The front of house staff and Chelsea still offered to do a one on one class for me and it was brilliant. I thought it would be really intense but she was great and I thought it was such great customer service from them. I've read a lot of rhe reviews about the bikes changing since it's now Digme but they're great, just like the other digme ones or KXU ones if you've been. I think the gears actually really help. also the showers were fully stocked with shampoo etc. just be advised to take your own towels (incl sweat towel) and hair dryer (annoying I know).

Equipment is ok, could do with a few additional machines (e.g. leg abductor) but cannot complain. Instructors are nice and available as well.

Great NEW studio on ClassPass. A few tweaks need to be made and this place will be PERFECT. They need a water fountain. PET water bottles are not cool. They need conditioner in the showers. We need soft silky hair. They need better hairdryers in the ladies. We need a quick decent blow dry! Loved my trainer. His playlist was on form. Worth checking out!

Good work-out. Would have preferred more variations of music and movements of all sorts but the instructor was great.

IN STUDIO all levels vinyasa flow

I read a review of this class that it was in a weird studio so was a bit hesitant to book. The room is downstairs but its lit with candles so looks cosy. I also thought it was kind of cool that there were musicians working next door - I guess I like music so it didnt bother me! Teacher was good too. Better to arrive ready for class though cos theres only one changing room

    Zumba

Great Zumba workout, the instructor gave clear instructions and was very energetic. Didn't appreciate the warm-up that had little of Zumba in terms of music and approach, made me think I was in a classic aerobic class. But I am glad he changed it afterwards.

Kat is a great teacher. Class was just 3 people and the flow was perfect for Friday. A lot of corrections and explanations felt like a 1:1 class. We finished the clsss with aromatherapy and a mini massage. The studio is a very cute room in the basement. Very peaceful and quiet. Will be back for sure.

Great class, Rebecca was a very attentive teacher. When they say Hot Yoga, they mean HOT! I was sweating! FYI bring your own padlock, they do have towels at the studio but bring your own if you don’t want to be stuck in the shower queue. Only 3 showers and there was around 20 in the class.
