see all reviewsThis was very hard and I couldn’t help but be a bit body conscious, but! It was fun, and challenging in a good way, and Erin couldn’t have possibly been nicer or more supportive. She made me even feel like I was getting it!! I think I’ll be back!

I love how CorePower has different levels of classes for people at all stages so I don’t feel like the only beginner in the class. I love Jennifer, she’s incredible, has such incredible energy, she motivated me and helped me with my form. I want to come back just to be in her class again. Thank you Jennifer!
