Very clear instructions: Hubert demos them v clearly before the exercises and also while we doing and he always cheers us on by going around the class and doing it beside (as was a small class today) us (good for camaraderie lol) haha so i think this was my best class with him. Still intense but being able to follow was key hence enjoyed it heaps thanks Hubert!

Shums was super patient, knowledgeable and accommodating - she’s also great with kids (she was entertaining the babies while the mums were doing their sets). Absolutely recommend this place for both pre- and postnatal workouts. Baby and I loved it!
