    Music was lit, moves were lit, instructor was lit, the whole session was super lit! Probably one of my favourite Pilates + Cardio infused classes so far. Love the variety of movements and super clear instructions from Courtney, making the session so enjoyable. Definitely didn’t feel like an hour-long workout as I enjoyed every minute! Live streaming went seamlessly, video and audio were crisp. Lots of love from Malaysia!! Can’t wait to join the another session :) would surely visit in-person if I ever go to Aussie again!
