Unfortunately I didn't get the instructors name but he was great - encouraging without being pushy (the instructors who think they can shame or scare people into pedalling faster are not my vibe at all), funny, and most important of all, he had clearly planned out his tracks to correspond with each ride. I know it seems obvious but some instructors don't seem to realise how crucial being able to pedal to the beat of a song is (speaking as someone who once had to endure a sprint to "Clown" by Emilie Sande 🤡😅). Would recommend for a fun, light-hearted, motivating spin class!
