    Just like other reviewers have stated, Angela is the real deal. One of the best instructors in the city. She certainly eclipses this locations barre staff. She knows her stuff, has a plan, cues great, workout full body and intense, and she has a great playlist. Will definitely be back.

    The running portion was so intense! I am an avid runner and couldn't believe how hard it was (granted, I took a tough class the day before, but still). Abs was awesome...just what I needed. Clear direction and corrections given by the instructor, and exercises were done at your own pace.

    Sandra is one of the best teachers. But I wish flybarre would enhance their workouts. Each teacher almost does the same exact things - been about ten times, its all the same after a while. Most problematic is that there is always barely any barre work (on one set at the barre usually) otherwise all the exercises can be done at home and are all mat based. I dont know why fly doesnt try to mimic much more challenging barre classes in the city. There is also zero aerobic work in the class, doesnt get your heart rate up a bit it make you sweat.

    I have a love hate relationship with this class. Its crazy how hard this class is. There was a power section and strength section. The power section didnt feel like much but the strength section was insane. The exercises (TRX and pike ups with gliders) looked easy but to do them properly with full range of motion and in a controlled way is absolutely killer. Core is the hardest muscle group to work. If you pride yourself on lifting heavy or running fast, this will be a humbling experience because theres almost no weight and its very slow paced. Im going to incorporate this class into my training more even though I hate it. I kinda wish there was an easier version of this so that I could work up to it because I felt like I couldnt even stabilize in some of the exercises so I did very little reps. Maybe next time Ill get better.

    Intense but short workout. Class is 45 minutes but it flys by. Todays class was 8 stations, each station was 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest, 7 times through. So youre only really working out 18 minutes...be prepared, no shoes are allowed for this workout and there is no water station to fill up your bottles
