    Such a great class. Erica creates a safe place and pushes your limits. I was a little intimidated by the chaos at the start of class since it was my first time but Erica read the room, addressed it, and led a solid workout. You really feel the sense of community among others who attended the class as well, which is what separates this experience from any other fitness class I’ve taken in the past. Hoping I get the chance to come back.

    A Very WICKED H2shO-ween

    This was so unbelievably fun! Everything I was hoping for and more. I sang along and had a fun time while getting a solid workout in. Erwin’s a fantastic instructor, very high energy and fun, but also challenging and helpful. I’m brand new to any sort of water aerobics/fitness and was able to follow along well. Only thing is that it was sometimes a little difficult to hear him, but he was quick to notice if I missed something and needed more direction. And I was having such a good time that nothing that there is or was was ever gonna bring me down!!
