    Good class. As a first timer, everyone was welcoming and supportive! I was able to take breaks and modify as needed! This class has new routine every 3 weeks - I came during the first week of a new routine so that was helpful, but just something to keep in mind if you're new.

    Madeline was so encouraging throughout the whole class, and demonstrated everything well. After class I asked her for advice about specific movements and she was SO helpful and generous with her time. Really appreciated how welcomed I felt at the studio by her and the front desk staff, would love to do another class here with Madeline

    Zumba

    Sarah’s class was the perfect pace for me. The music was fun and it was easy to keep with the pace. I got winded a couple of times, but then again I have been inactive quite a bit lately. I seriously hope to join another of Sarah’s Zumba classes.
