    Love it, lovely instructor keeping us focused, it kicked my ass but in a good way. I liked being able to pick my cardio weapon of choice, as I did myself in with one run so moved onto rowing. Boxing hiit is brilliant. Nice small classes too so you feel looked after. Thanks!

    This was a fun workout, a bit different to the typical group training circuit format which I enjoyed. Loved that it was really well spaced out. Not sure about other Zadi sessions as this was my first, but today’s Peachy session was 45 minutes - not an hour as listed (incl warm up and cool down).
