see all reviewsLove Tina! You get out of the class what you put in. People stop before the circuit ends and use light weights or have bad form. Don’t be one of those! My one dislike is that people wipe the equipment after use and then you are slippery or have bad grip for your round.

Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

Going into it, I didn’t know what to expect bc I’m not a Pilates type of person but I was blown away with all the different moves that target different muscle groups that we don’t use in day to day or general HIIT workouts . Harrison is amazing and explains each move very well! His playlist was also 🔥❤️🔥.. deff recommend !!

It’s definitely difficult though and you really need to use your gut and upper body to do a lot of the moves but it was a lot of fun!
