    Total Body Burn

I enjoyed my first visit here! Katrina was a great teacher; she made sure all students were using the springboards correctly while maintaining proper form. She was very conscious of new student throughout the the night, checking in with the receptionist to make sure she knew whether there would be new students, to meet us, introduce us to the springboards, and check in with us throughout class. She was somewhat motivating, though not overtly so or pushy. I would definitely go again and bring a friend!

    Flow: All Levels

Ayisha was awesome. This was a very challenging, sweat inducing workout but I still think a newbie would have been able to follow along for the most part. A few of the poses were demonstrated which helped but most of the instruction was vocal. It was heated but not passing out overbearing heat which is a plus!

    Vinyasa Flow

Sarah is a great teacher, clear directions and very gentle speak. She’s authentic. Definitely more of a slow moving/Hatha class than anything. Lovely way to start a Sunday nonetheless — just what I was looking for on a weekend morning!

    Stretching

Ash was more hands on than other instructors than I've had for this and similar classes. I was worried Ash was going to push me past my limits but I felt like her adjustments and assists were intuitive. Really enjoyed this class and can't wait for my next session after the holiday.

    Hot Vinyasa Community Class

Sam was great! The reviews made me skeptical at first but I am my own judge of what my body needs at that particular moment. Class was heated. Designed to be more for beginners but as an advanced yogini you can always make it more challenging by adding your own modifications. Over good!

Great class to reset for the week! I loved that she changes her class every week. Also loved that the studio is starting to heat the studio for hot class a little more. It could be even more hot to help us loosen up muscles and tension but great as is too!

    Restorative + Satya Yoga

Literally amazing - this is actually the first restorative class that I found worthwhile and would actually consider attending regularly. Love the deep spiritual piece of it - it didn’t *just* feel like a stretching class. And the reiki, while kind of strange at first, felt truly transformative after the fact. Would highly recommend.
