This was my first time doing Pilates and I loved it. Clare made sure I understood how to do the moves and took the time to show me adjustments. My core is so sore today lol. I highly recommend!

    Megaformer Group Classes/Lagree

I absolutely love lagree. I’ve had multiple knee surgeries and it’s one of the few workouts I can consistently do and not hurt my knees. Angelina is a great instructor, she has seamless transitions and I appreciate how she composes her classes. Her classes always get me into the shakes so fast!

    Inferno Hot Pilates

For my first time I didn’t know what to expect. You’ll first go to the front desk fill out a form. The class will be a slight challenge at first . I do recommend you sit with your mat either in the front or middle section. I made the error of the back of the room and I had trouble seeing what to do. Expect to shake, this is called inferno for a reason but I do recommend it. This will work out your inner thighs and well your whole body really. Take a towel as you definitely will get sweaty. They have ice and water in the lobby, perfect amenity. Will come again.

    Muv Reformer

Best reformer class I’ve ever been to. We trained hard in ways I never have in the reformer. A non-traditional class. Camilo is super knowledgeable and made lots of corrections which I love.
