My only complaint is that I wasn’t told that you don’t just pick an open bike and that you are assigned a number that corresponds to which bike you should use. I haven’t been to a spin class in 5 years so I didn’t know! I asked one of the instructors about this after class and they said that ClassPass assigns you a number but I wasn’t able to find anything in the app or in the emails received about the reservation. Now that I know this, I will be sure to ask each time I come in!

For example, “fast run is 6 to 8” or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and don’t want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while I’m doing it

It was SO loud and distracting - my first thought was someone had fallen off their treadmill and the person next to me got so spooked she nearly fell off her treadmill. The “regulars” here could go a long way to being considerate of the rest of the class.

The only downside is you have to pay to rent shoes and I personally don’t cycle enough to invest in shoes but it would be worth it!

This was my second time attending this class, and the order of moves were different and the type of moves we did were different and I really enjoyed that variety. There were definitely some more advanced people in the class but as a beginner, I felt comfortable and welcomed, and the instructor took the time to really, make sure that I was doing everything okay and readjust which I really appreciated.
