    Off-Peak Full Body

So far, my favorite instructor and class structure. I really wasn’t feeling a workout today, but in the end it was actually really beneficial. It wasn’t the typical sequence, some of the same workouts but in a different order and it was nice to have a change! Was a good class!!

SIX PACKS & BACKS Sculpt Full Body

Miss Grace was putting in WORK!! She literally got down on the floor to show us how to do most of the moves which I appreciated and most other instructors don’t make an effort to do. Lovely and encouraging instructor!

    Level Up Pilates

This is a really good dynamic, challenging Pilates class for more experienced students. Faster paced than open level and really killer core workout - the trapeze series is so good and so killer every time. You get to move and use the reformer in ways that challenge body and mind. However there is usually at least one person in class who is inexperienced and that holds the class up. If you are a beginner, this is not the class for you. I suggest reading the description of the class before booking to ensure you are signing up for the appropriate class.
