    My class was exactly what I needed. I was running a few minutes late and surprisingly, I was the only one to attend the class. The instructor, Ash has such a calming tone of voice which allowed me to be present in my practice. I felt much more at ease and in tune with my body by the end of the class. I look forward to returning again soon!

    Amazing experience. Ive got several injuries and I’ve never had a trainer, but def need the guidance and this was a great introduction. Chris was really wonderful at helping me navigate the exercises and what worked/didn’t work for me .. with little tweaks and adjustments, it was fantastic. There’s a nice down to earth presence in the gym, it’s a clean space, and was perfect as a first timer. Def going back!
