    Such a beautiful class for a Sunday afternoon. Thank you Freya. I’m so glad I came! A great mix of working specific muscles but with attention to the energy we all feel at the end of the weekend. This worked me hard but rejuvenated me in a way that reformer doesn’t usually. Freya was lovely, warm and helped with corrections.

    A great class with an upbeat and welcoming atmosphere. They use classic hiit movements so it’s what you’re expecting with a hiit class. A little hard to hear the sound of the clock buzzing the start/finish of a circuit over the noise of all the people and music but it’s not a dealbreaker.
