This has definitely been the best class I’ve taken on ClassPass. Most of the time, there are a lot of workouts you could do yourself at the gym with access to the machine, so when you book a class, the instructor can make or break the experience and Shane was absolutely AMAZING. He knew it was my first time at F45, and he was so accommodating - he made sure to explain every station at the beginning of each set, and constantly came over to help me fix my form, push me and motivate me. I have not come across a better instructor on ClassPass! Caleb was also assisting and also amazing. This F45 location really is worth the hype with how amazing the instructors are. I’m still blown away by how helpful they were!

    IN STUDIO GROOVE FLOW

I had such a rough day and this class put me in such a better mood. holy smokes. the instructor has such a wonderful quality and builds such languid, strength building flows that warm you up and allow yourself to keep it mellow or challenge yourself. big fan, will be back.

    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

Meant for absolute pilates beginners - if you don’t know how to use the machine at all. While it’s a beginner friendly class, it’s a solid workout. Instructor was great - would take her class again. Had good awareness of everyone in the class and provided correction and assistance when needed. Note that a lot of time is spent on explanations during this class so would not recommend if you have any Pilates experience.

Malika and the Pure Barre team were super welcoming to a first-time barre-goer (and even set up my spot on the floor with a personalized placard so that I knew where to go)! Malika explained all the moves super clearly and helped me refine them when I was too much of a newb to keep up with the class. Lots of fun, great vibes, and I hope to go back sometime soon — thanks, ladies 💗!!!

I’ve been to the studio a few times. I love the instructors and classes. The studio does get pretty cold, so I always bring a sweater. I hate that the studio gets cold. It’s definitely not hot yoga. Other than that, I recommend going here.

STRONG & SEXY! (Lifting and Sculpting-HIIT)

Such a great experience at this gym Tommy and a lady instructor guided 4 of us through HIIT training with weights, I learned better form within each exercise and was definitely sweating! Great motivation at go hard but also reminded us to take breaks when we really needed it. Would definitely come back!

There is signage for Transform 180, but also still the Denali Fitness signage from a recent acquisition. I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.

Adithi is an awesome instructor. She demonstrated all of the poses and was very clear and descriptive which I found helpful as someone new-ish to yoga. I don’t want to learn incorrectly! This class was HOT!! I like my hot yoga hot, but this was almost too hot for me toward the end! I’d rather have it too hot than not hot enough, though! Great class, will be back.
