He’s very descriptive so I’m never lost in class and he’s also very engaging, he went around the room to help yogis in their poses and had encouraging words and affirmations. Can’t wait to do another class with him - I highly encourage you to try his class.

I was greeted when I arrived and Alexandria was very welcoming and showed me around the studio before the class. Monica was the instructor who met with me as well and gave me some tips for the session and even checked back in with me afterwards. The space was very clean, and could accommodate everyone comfortably. I am sold, so I will certainly be back!
