see all reviewsThese classes are 4 15 minute intervals (hence the name Shred 415) of alternating treadmill and floor/weight work. Great workout overall!! For my personal taste, there was too much running. My knees cant take the pounding. Would have loved a different cardio option such as rowing, Vera, or SkiErg. Ill definitely be sore tomorrow, and Im glad I went!

see all reviewsI was initially nervous about this being too difficult since Im not in the best shape, but the pace was fast enough to where the things we were doing were changing pretty quickly, so I was able to keep up. It was almost like part barre part yoga. I loved it.

see all reviewsTania was great! She knows her stuff, gives great cues, and it was a good challenge. Also, she offered individual correction and was kind. I get the sense that she cares about encouraging you to do your best (and does so without being a drill sergeant). I'll definitely be back.

CycleBar is not your average cycling class—it’s a mind-blowing, heart-pumping party…S3 Mega + Row
see all reviewsSuch a great mix of slow burn on the mega former, strength training with the TRX/kettle bells, and cardio blasts with the rowers. Really loved the cardio/strength circuit style at the end for a final burn, and the addition of the slam balls to the rower portion was amazing and brutal! It’s as hard as you want to make it to a degree, and the instructor was great with adjusting form, especially for a full class with so many elements.

see all reviewsExtremely nice facility. Very clean, very modern with generous amenities. The class itself was good, too. I typically hate cycling, but watching the big screen was nice. The American hero theme was not my favorite. Also, It was really difficult to hear the instructor. If I was a newbie I wouldnt know to ask for shoes, either. Overall it was a good cardio workout and Ill probably be back!

Kettlebell AMPD
see all reviewsAs always, very impressed with this instructor. I have serious spinal issues and even though I don’t come to the class regularly and I had not mentioned it to her for probably at least three months, she remembered and made sure I had what I needed to modify. However, it would be great if there was a standard procedure at the front desk for ClassPass. I am continuously having to explain what class passes, why I don’t have a key fob, etc. Even an instruction card that stays at the desk might help. I did receive great reception from the petite brown haired girl who was the manager. She was very helpful and listened to my concerns.
