see all reviewsMy first time trying a heated yoga room! The lighting was super calm and relaxing, and it was way less hot than I expected- in a good way. Like going through moves on a pleasant summer day. Instructor was great at giving clear to understand directions and walking through the poses. She had variations for different difficulty and stretch levels, which for someone unfamiliar with yoga, was greatly appreciated!
