see all reviewsMy instructor was Craig. He was absolutely amazing! Just walked in for my appointment, they have 9 stations (hence the name) in which you do different workouts for a set amount of time (Jump roping, boxing, lunges etc.) with the instructor guiding you the whole way and by the time you reach station 9 your workout is complete! Feels pretty intense for someone who doesn’t workout much so make sure you start doing cardio in for sure.

When you walk in, it feels like a family and like the coaches actually care about your growth and seeing what will work for you in the moment. I am so so happy I decided to come here for my first boxing lesson. The coaches are passionate about what they do, and love teaching. I learned so much for my first class. There are so many options to choose from in Vegas, but if you want to train with coaches that care about your growth, a personal, style training experience, and to take your training to another level I 100% recommend this place.
