    Each individual exercise doesn't seem too hard but man, this class leaves you super sweaty and out of breath! Great workout, keeps the heart rate going. About 45 mins of the circuit training followed by a small section focused on abs.

    Elliotts class was full of interesting poses and transitions. I was glad to find someone willing to change things up a bit and challenge the class to advance their practice and try Peacock and Inverted Locust. This definitely wasnt a class for beginners. There was also no music, but I dont think I wouldve been able to hear the instructor and catch all his cues if there had been music.

    Power Flow

    Heated flow with lots challenging core work and balancing on one leg. Instructor had a very chill vibe. The demographic is a little older - it's not all spandex-clad yoga amazons that can do everything, so if you feel intimidated about your abilities, this would be a good place to try yoga.

    Energy Movement
