    A well designed class. Really friendly and helpful instructor (Angus) who remembered my name from the first class I went to. Highly recommend for the program design, the support, and the added extras of the cold towel post session and the Aesop toiletries. If I lived in Brisbane full time I’d definitely join Sota.

    Really clean and spacious gym! The instructor explained the workout well and helped with form and weights adjustments. Really motivating as well, overall love this workout as the combination between strength and conditioning made me sweating and I felt really satisfied afterwards, would definitely recommend!!!
