    This was a great Saturday morning workout. Im really sweaty, but wont be sore and stuck on couch later today. Its mostly intervals of plyo-type activities for 40 seconds, then stretching or yoga poses for 20, etc. Sort of like a tabata-style yoga/plyo/Pilates mix. Studio is clean and quiet, located right at the Wharf so lots of good coffee options to treat yourself post sweat too Will be back!

    SW - Classic HIIT

    Loved this class! I went because it sounded like Orange Theory, which I love. I liked this even better. Super challenging - I was sweating the whole time. But also really fun and dynamic. I could have used more instruction. During treadmill, the coach was focused on the floor group so I couldnt always remember the distance we were supposed to be doing on treadmill or rower. Otherwise loved it.

    I really enjoyed this workout! I appreciated the studio offering a class for beginners that focused more on technique (still built up a sweat though)! Very kind and attentive staff. A few constructive comments: 1) offering parking suggestions or validation 2) offering somewhere to store belongings. Disclaimer: while this is good for all levels of experiences with rowing machines, I think its helpful to have an advanced beginner or intermediate level of fitness. The workout may be tough for someone that isnt working out regularly.
