I’m not sure if you could use the yoga room upstairs but I was there for a cooldown stretch and they had lululemon mats! Nice touch.

She is consistently kind and upbeat, the choreography is always fun, and she makes sure to engage each class when it comes to questions, how many times we’d like to re-run the choreography, etc. There are all levels of dance in each class and she makes sure that we all know we belong there. Though it’s only an hour class, we always have more than enough time to learn what we need to, and she places a strong emphasis on all the ways each class does well with the choreography. This raises confidence, energy, and is just a great thing to do for your dancers in general. Song choices are always 10/10 and it’s a great way to spend a Wednesday evening or a Saturday afternoon.

The spin class was hard but doable for a first-timer. For someone coming regularly, you could still keep it challenging as your fitness improves by adding more resistance to the bike. I really enjoyed it and got a great full body workout.
