    Fly 45

Super motivating. Lots of time on lower torque levels (17-20) at a steady fast pace, with a few sprints. Then a good chunk of time on hills, but again at a moderate pace. So at the end I didn't feel as though I worked as hard (not out of breath much), but I still hit my typical overall power number.

    Unite Workout

As advertised, 30mins cardio, 30mins strength, 15mins yoga. I've done orange theory, Ripped, and this. All very similar, but I like unite the best. You have he option of treadmill, bike or rower for cardio and they do a good mix of sprinting, climbing, resting. Very upbeat instructor

    Reformer Flex I, Cardio

Loved this class! Intense sculpting, with 10 minutes of cardio on the jump board at the end, which was really fun. That last cardio burst really burned out my legs! Erica was very encouraging and explained things very clearly throughout the class.

Mary was clear in her instructions and gave gentle hands-on adjustments, which I always appreciate. Could've even used more! It wasn't a typical flow but I liked the deviation from the usual. It wasn't as rigorous as I was expecting, but it was a nice combination of flow and relaxation.

Had some issues with the admin stuff here (no phone #, pretty inflexible) but the workout & instruction are on point. It's a challenging workout but can be customized to your abilities. I felt like I got a better workout here than the other megaformer studio in Philly.

    Barre

Ive taken a lot of barre classes. This studio has, by far, the best and most consistent classes. They pack so much into an hour- literally working every muscle group. And it moves quickly, but always pushes me to the point where Im shaking. Wish I had the time & money to go 3-4 times/week.

    Full Body

This class was intense, but it went by quickly due to the focus that’s necessary throughout each of the components. The sequence started with abs, then legs, obliques, and arms. As someone who likes cardio, I found the emphasis on core strength and slow movement difficult and machine challenging, but Bri was helpful, and the class was ultimately rewarding.

Fun and challenging class, and Laura is the best instructor I've had here so far! She keeps the class motivated, explains the circuits clearly, and she also keeps an eye on everyone to make sure they're doing the exercises correctly. If Laura sees that you're confused or not doing something right, she'll come by and help. My experiences at Rowzone have varied greatly depending on the instructor, but I would definitely recommend Laura's classes.

Reem was great! She really pushed us and was really encouraging. I didnt like some of the music, but it varied enough that I just waited for the next song. If she could bottle her boundless energy, she could sell it in spades. Awesome class that kicked my butt in a great way!

I really liked the combination of a regular yoga practice followed by the restorative practice, it was a really great, relaxing class on a Tuesday night. However, the regular practice felt a little too simplistic, and the instructor include some pop music in the playlist. While Ariana grande is one of my favorite artists, I don’t necessarily want to listen to her as I’m focusing on my breath in child’s pose.

Greg was awesome! He demonstrated the moves clearly, was really encouraging, and overall really nice. A great, kick-butt workout! Also, Greg was a sub for the regular instructor, which they informed of in an email a few hours before class. I really appreciated that; its nice to know how good communication is at this studio!

    45 Minute Barr/Yoga

I didn't know what to expect because this is a very traditional yoga studio. But the class was good! Barre work with lots of abs and we didn't even use weights for arms but they still got a great workout. The class itself was barre based but the stretching sections were from yoga so it is the best of both worlds. It's only 45 minutes in the middle of the day, great when you have limited exercise time. I will definitely take this class again.
