Allie was great! Good at encouraging us and loved using the Bala weights and therabands which added some extra challenge to the exercises. Overall a nice class to pop into during my lunch break.

    45 mins- Indoor Cycling

I loved the instructor! She had great energy and she knew exactly when to switch up the pace to go with the music! The only thing I found difficult was how to change gears. It was kind of hard to hear her when she said to do this and I think I was a little confused by the instructions (since there is a lever and a wheel to spin) but I think this is because it was my first time spinning. Overall, the gym was very nice/clean, the instructor was GREAT and the vibes were very good!

Katie is so sweet and such a lovely barre instructor! It was my first time taking a class at Tuck Barre & Yoga and her class + the beautiful studio left a great impression on me! The trees and interior decor gave a very nature vibe. Love how they provided chocolates for class participants. Just a very wholesome place to go to even though it was a rainy day.

CP Reformer Flow 1 (50 Mins)

I’m super super picky about Pilates instructors since I’ve taken hundreds of classes over 10 years. I’ve had a hard time finding good reformer instructors in Philadelphia, but Sarah is one of the good ones. This class was 50/50 stretching and work, which is great for beginners, or for advanced practitioners who need a more restorative class. My only gripe with this studio is classes are advertised as being 60 minutes, and they never are an hour- typically 45-50 minutes.

Great professional nail place! Based on confusing name changes and reviews, I think it might have had different staff and owners before but now it’s very good. It’s called Fleur d'Or Nail bar & Art now but the ClassPass points were accepted without a problem.

Great workout, a small group session with a lot of 1 on 1 touchpoints. I’ve done kickboxing classes for a couple of years, and coach Jeff helped me get my postures and moves correct. The session is great for all levels. Learned a lot, sweated a lot!
