see all reviewsThe Videosync Angels premiered this new class tonight and it was fantastic! We danced our butts off for about 40 minutes, then did a song of different squats, then some barre types of moves, kicks and a final song focused on abs before a cool down stretch. I’m so happy to add this Tuesday night class to my Videosync cardio schedule (Wednesday night, Thursday morning, and Sunday morning). I recommend bringing water, ear plugs, towel, and a mat.
