Very heartwarming voice with her cues on point! The class was very welcoming with cleansing and really cares for her students. Will be coming back!

see all reviewsMy second time going to this location and I really like it 😊 only downside you have to pay for parking. But I love the class. The two instructors I’ve met so far have been great. It’s a max students is 6 or 8 I believe. But this morning it was 4 including myself. So it allows the instructor to guide you and correct you in positioning. I’ll be going more to this location hopefully 😊 good for you 1st timers. It’s a relaxed exercise class. No cardio. But requires stability and you are working out your muscles.

It’s not easy to find a studio that feels welcoming, but today was great. The instructor provided clear instructions and was helpful when I needed it.
